Dear Parents and Carers,

How to Log into Parents' Evening when parents are in two separate locations.

• Login to school cloud
• Look for Parent Consultations and click on your booking for a child
• You should then be able to see the option invite parent/guardian, click on this
• You can then share the details of the person who also wants to join the call from a different location
• Both of you will then need to log into school cloud using your own details before the call to participate separately
• You may have to do this separately for each child's appointment
