Dear Parents and Carers,

The Stratford Herald always come into school at the beginning of a new year to take a photo of our new Reception starters.  This photo is then published in the newspaper along with other schools and their classes.

Unfortunately, they are only able to come into school on Tuesday 8^th October at 1.30pm.  This is a PE day, therefore we are asking you to bring an additional bag into school on this day containing their school uniform. We can then support children to get changed after our PE session in readiness for this photo. Please make sure that the bag is named.

Some children have been named for non external media organisations. The photo of our class will be in the paper along with being on their website. The name of our school will be published but not names of children. Please let the office know if you do not want your child to be part of this whole class photo.
