HarrisonReception
Harrison
Our star of the week is Harrison.
We have chosen Harrison because of his amazing progress and effort with his letter formation. Harrison has found this tricky from the start but it has not fazed him. He has kept trying, engaged in activities to support and we feel proud of his perseverance and effort.
Harrison also makes a very good friend in the reception classroom.

BellaYear 1
Bella
Our star of the week in Year 1 is Bella.
Bella always produces lovely work but she has stepped up her game since Easter. She has written an amazing sentence to describe what she could see in her magic bucket this week, including adjectives, adverbs and interesting verbs. I am so proud of how she is stretching herself to use higher level vocabulary which makes her work so much more enjoyable to read.
Fabulous work, Bella!

DanielYear 2
Daniel
Year Two's star of the week is Daniel!
Daniel's enthusiasm to learning is phenomenal and we are so proud of all he has achieved. Daniel has been working really hard this week to up his pace of writing, showing so much resilience and determination. The improvement has been amazing! He has also been working hard to find a fraction of an amount, creating great pictorial representations to aid his learning.
Well Done Daniel, you are a pleasure!

TedYear 3
Ted
Ted is our Star of the Week this week.
Since returning to school after Easter, Ted has really demonstrated a positive growth mind set. This has not only been with his learning in school, but also his learning at home. Ted has acted on the feedback that he has been given, in order for him to be the best learner that he can be. It is great to see how he can recognise his own successes. Ted is a supportive learning partner and has been able to share his understanding with others. We are most proud of your perseverance and how you are demonstrating a maximum effort in all that you are doing.
Well done and keep it up!

LeoYear 4
Leo
This week, our star in Year 4 is Leo.
Leo has been working hard this week and making a real effort to contribute in class, take responsibility for his own work and has been demonstrating a growth mindset to overcome challenges.
Well done Leo, we have been really impressed - keep it up!

BethanyYear 5
Bethany
Year 5s star of the week this week is Bethany!
Bethany is a massive asset to our year 5 classroom. She is very respectful, being a fantastic friend and a sociable presence with a huge smile on her face every single day. Bethany’s work is always outstanding, taking huge pride in her presentation where she can be phenomenally creative, but also in her writing where she is equally talented. We have loved seeing Bethany grow from strength to strength this year and are so lucky to be able to have her in our class.
Thank you for constantly wowing us Bethany!

EvieYear 6
Evie
We have been so proud of Evie for the whole year... but in the last few weeks in particular, her resilience and confidence to overcome challenges has been exceptional. Evie - a huge well done from everyone in Year 6. When facing some tricky questions in class, you have thought really carefully about your chosen strategy whilst embracing your inner voice of - "I can do this!" Super proud.
Keep it up for some of the challenges ahead and you will do so, so well!
